Licensed Massage TherapistTechniques: Assisted Stretching Chair Massage Esalen Massage Reflexology Sports Massage Swedish Massage |
I have been drawn to a bit more Energy work recently, but still keep my primary base in Swedish, Esalen, Sports massage, assisted stretching and Reflexology. I like to use a combination of these and some CranioSacral techniques to allow my client’s limbs and joints to loosen up, giving me a little more access to what lies beneath the superficial tissue. I am also interested in Music Therapy. I have had the honor to meet Janalea Hoffman, a music therapy composer, at her studio in the Kansas City area.
Over the past two years, I have worked with Dr. Scott O’Brien at Wellspring Chiropractic Center and for Woodside Racket and Health Club. I am now sharing a practice with two other Massage Therapists in Westport and also am proud to be a part of the team at Massage Masters. I find it refreshing to actually meet a high volume of clients in chair massage. It exposes me to a wide variety of people I would probably not see in my other practice.
